Starting with the "Tradição do Bucho" (Tradition of Bucho) with Canja dos Cornos, passing through the famous Bucho with cabbage, the Lamb à moda da Raia (Raia style), the Roasted Kid on the grill, the delicious fried Trout from Côa and finishing in the most greedy way possible with some coscoréis with cheese and jam or a delicious Chestnut Mousse. There are several restaurants and in different places that prepare varied menus so that the visitor can taste the delicacies that make up the traditional cuisine typical of this region.
